Flew a very long way!

I live in the United States and initially the brush got stuck in customs (still not sure why). Before I even reached out, I noticed a representative from Five Foot had already submitted an enquiry about where the brush was. They were very communicative with me as we both investigated. Eventually, they ended up just express shipping another one with tracking, which I am really appreciative of. The brush itself and the customization is very high quality.
