Due to restrictions, I cannot ship to the following countries: Afghanistan, Belarus, Dominica, Fiji, French Guiana, French Polynesia, French Southern Territories, Guadeloupe, Haiti, Honduras, Libya, Martinique, New Caledonia, Nicaragua, Papua New Guinea, Russia, Samoa, South Georgia & South Sandwich Islands, South Sudan, Sudan, Tonga, Tuvalu, Ukraine, Vanuatu, Yemen.
Your order may be subject to import duties or taxes (including VAT) which are incurred when it arrives at the destination country. FiveFoot is not responsible for any of these charges if they are incurred and is your responsibility as the customer.
How long will shipping take?
I will endeavour to process all orders within 2-5 business days from when you have purchased your order and received a confirmation email. Please note that custom orders may take longer depending on whether I need to order in your requested colour from my suppliers - I will endeavour to advise you of a time frame that is as accurate as possible.
Once dispatched, domestic shipping generally takes 2-10 business days depending on where you reside in Australia. International shipping can take up to 28 business days. Estimated delivery time-frames will be calculated at check-out.
Please note that these time frames are guidelines and there may be delays due to the current world climate. You should receive a tracking code in your emails once your item has shipped so that you can check the status of your order.
