Do you allow exchanges/returns?

Before you make your purchase, please ensure you refer to the Size Guide to ensure that you choose the size that seems most right for you.

If you want to try the garments on physically, I source my shirts from AS Colour and they have a few stores across Australia, UK, New Zealand and USA.

However, if you decide that you want to exchange or refund, please contact me via the email info@fivefootshop.com within 14 days of receiving your order. The items must be unworn, unwashed and unused with tags (if any).

Damages/issues

If your order is damaged or if you have received the incorrect order, I'm so sorry! I try my best to make quality products for you all but sometimes I can make mistakes. Please send me an email at info@fivefootshop.com immediately with your name and order number and a photo of the damage/error and I will be in contact with you to sort it out. Please note, this needs to be done within 14 days of when you receive your order and your order must be unworn, unwashed and unused with tags (if any).

What items cannot be returned or exchanged?

  • All sale/discounted items including oops & samples
  • Customised and personalised items
  • Gift Cards
  • Items purchased with a discount/voucher code

All shipping fees and any taxes/duties are payable by the customer for returns & exchanges. Shipping fees are not covered unless it is due to production or fulfillment errors.
It is highly encouraged that you include tracking and insurance, as FiveFoot is not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur when you ship your order back for returns & exchanges.
